Spirit Logic LLC ("we," "our," or "us") operates the STX Archery mobile application.

Information We Collect:

• Information You Provide: archer profiles, equipment setup details, sight marks, maintenance logs, equipment photos, round data, course data, and target photos
• Information Collected Automatically: GPS coordinates (only with permission, when GPS tracking is on or you map a course, stored locally), weather data (approximate coordinates sent to Open-Meteo API)
• Information We Do Not Collect: name/email/contact info, advertising IDs, hardware device identifiers, usage tracking, analytics SDKs, health data

How Your Data Is Stored:

Scoring, equipment, course, photo, and settings data is stored locally on device. Exceptions: weather requests to Open-Meteo, exports via native sharing, IAP via Apple/Google/RevenueCat (anonymous ID only), and promo code redemption audit requests to the Spirit Logic promotional-code backend.

In-App Purchases:

One-time Premium via App Store/Play Store. No payment info collected. RevenueCat manages status with anonymous ID.

Promotional Codes:

Promo activations are stored locally first. When you redeem a valid promo code, the app may also send the entered code and a random app-generated promo device identifier to the Spirit Logic promotional-code backend so we can audit redemption counts and limit abuse. Backend outages do not remove an activation already saved on your device.

Third-Party Services:

• Open-Meteo (open-meteo.com) — weather data, no personal info. Weather requests include an approximate location coordinate but are not logged by us and are not linked to any user identity.
• RevenueCat (revenuecat.com) — anonymous purchase status
• Spirit Logic promotional-code backend (hosted by Railway) — promo code redemption audit requests containing the entered code and a random app-generated promo device identifier
• Apple App Store / Google Play Store — IAP processing

Children's Privacy:

No personal info collected from children under 13. No account creation required.

Data Retention and Deletion:

Local app data can be deleted from Settings using "Clear All Local Data." Uninstalling the app removes locally stored data. Limited promo redemption audit records may exist on the Spirit Logic promotional-code backend if you redeem a promo code.

Updated via "Last updated" date.
